Hal Kelly Airborne, Class B Runabout

Here are the photos of my runabout project.  Ready for the planking to

start soon as I fork over the big bucks for marine plywood.  not

really much to this boat.  Amazing the cost of glass, resins, and

epoxy these days.  Will be ready for the summer season.

Update  2-19-12

Current status of my Airborne project.  From the start I made a major

mistake.  Can anyone spot the problem?  You will have to wait till spring to see how I resolved it.

Update 4-4-2012


Here is the set back motor mount I came up with to recover from my

major construction screwup.  Truly a one of a kind boat now.  Will be

ready for anything Lincoln throws at me.

Here is the latest photo of my Airborne.  All that remains is the paint trim.  Look forward to the meet next month.
